The Yr.7 girls competed in their first hockey match of the season against Cransley School.
It was an exciting game with lots of individual skill on display. The 3 – 0 win was well deserved and I hope they will play with strength again this week in their match against Tarporley.
The Yr.8 girls managed a 0 – 0 draw but showed a lot of potential on the pitch. Ellie Baker was strong in defense and was able to distribute the ball well under pressure. Hopefully, with a bit more accuracy in the ‘D’ we will score some well deserved goals in tonight’s game.
