On the 6th October the Year 11 students began the process of considering their options for A level study, as well as visiting a local university. Liverpool John Moores University hosted the students and provided them with a motivational talk regarding their current studies, showed them around their facilities and undergraduates talked about what life was like as an undergraduate student.
This is the first in a long line of sessions provided by the College in an attempt to assist our students in not only choosing the correct A level subjects but also to educate them about the possibilities of university study.
The students found the day eye-opening and has focussed their minds on the reasons for working hard in the coming weeks and months
