Head of Sixth Form – Mr. G Allmand

The Head of VIth Form is ably assisted by a team of five tutors who support and mentor the students throughout their two years in the Sixth Form.

Facilities include 2 common rooms with locker space, kitchen facilities, comfortable seating, social space with pool table and TV. In addition there are two newly refurbished and tastefully decorated study rooms (open September 2008) comprising numerous computers, work space, access to a range of study skills material, careers and Higher Education area and dedicated ICT room.

There is no school uniform for Sixth formers but as role models for the younger members of the College our dress code reflects their senior status and formal business suits are required. Sixth Formers are encouraged to develop their independent study skills through private and collaborative study and they are supported by some supervised study periods.
